Skiwi Rentals started operations in 2000. The name Skiwi (pronounced "skee wee") was formed from the words "Jet Ski" & "Kiwi".
Kiwi is the nickname used internationally for people from New Zealand. The name derives from the kiwi, a flightless bird which is native to, and the national symbol of New Zealand.

Carrying out rental operations during the summer and mechanical & fiberglass repair throughout the year Skiwi gained a reputation for providing quality and affordable service for customers.

Over the last several years, Skiwi has developed and provides a unique PWC Leasing Program which is successfully being used by marinas in Nevada, Arizona and California. Marina's that used to buy and maintain their own fleet now prefer to adopt Skiwi's leasing program.

In 2005, Skiwi developed it's own Online Reservation System (much like the airlines have) an industry first. The database is live on the website. The system checks availabilty online, requests the customer information, through it's secure server, and sends an immediate confirmation email. No wondering, no double bookings, simple, easy, convenient & faster.

Skiwi has been very proactive in the Jet Ski racing scene. Initially helping NZ#1 & World Pro #5 Kane Cahill and then competing themselves at various regional events including the Jet Ski World Finals. Every year they compete in the Mark Hahn Memorial Havasu 300 Mile Endurance Race & have won their class numerous times.

"A Skiwi Jet Ski or ATV excursion gives you the winning combination of extreme adventure, freedom & affordabilty to enjoy a fun-filled day with friends & family!"
